Any ideas to change jebao impeller color?

Like most, the white impeller is rather annoying (for me at least). I used Black krylon paint and it's starting to wear off.

Any other options to get this impeller black?
Any other brand impellers fit the jebao's?

I hesitate to ask, but why is the color of the impeller an issue – why is it even visible?

Can you just use a different pump that doesn't have this issue?

I'm more worried about you painting the impeller black, now that the paint wears off and is in your system

Coming back to you original question, no sorry I have no idea how to change that out.

I have a Rw-4 and as it creates the current, It just annoys me to see is stop and spin.

When i first painted it, I did not think it would wear off. Now That I know or was the test dummy, im trying to find a different way to get it black.
I can always get an ecotech mp10 but for that kind of money I have trouble pulling the trigger just because of a visual annoyance.

IMO your best option is to keav it as is.
You'll get used to the white.

you can always try blue, black pvc primer. It is designed to stain plastics and we use them to hold our pipes together all the time. IMO I would say with proper rinsing and a little time is reef safe. just an idea.

Is abs cement reef safe? I know the blue pvc cement is, not sure if this is.
Worst case I'll try the blue pvc glue.

First glance I might think so. Does not look much different.
I would just use primer though. Generally it is not clumpy and dries quickly. I would fear that the glue might imbalance the impeller. A possibility of the primer also. I have not actually done this, but I have used primer to paint/stain pvc.
I would stick and paper clip through the center of the impeller and just dip it maybe?

I have used a strong mix of RIT clothing dye to change plastic parts from white to black on my dirt bikes in years gone by, then soak in vinegar to help it hold, still no fade years later, but not sure if this method is "reef safe".
