Any ideas what these are please?

Hi All,

Just upgrading my tank from a 50lt Fluval Edge to a 300lt Aquaone. I bought some live rock at the weekend and have a few hitchhikers. Any idea what these are? They have long thin wavy white arms like cotton thread, just a couple per whatever it is! Obviously also whether they're good or bad.
