So I found this guy laying on his side breathing hard in my qt this morning. Knowing wrasses are notorious carriers of worms/flukes I decided to give him a dip after seeing nothing wrong with him externally other than his behavior. I decided after the dip to move him into one of my frag tanks with no other fish but that's literally crawling with pods so that he would have a more natural and nutritious diet. Tonight I noticed him up and swimming around but now has this large white spot on one side that I'm not sure what is?

Thanks I have all of those on hand. I'll catch him and move him back into my qt tonight.

Agreed. Though be sure you start treatment asap. Something that size, that quick could be a gram negative infection which can be very difficult to treat in time to save the fish.
