Ok so I got a new Aussie open brain coral that one of my clown gobies has decided to make its new hang out. The brain is still open but not sending out any sweepers looking for food. How do I get the clown to stay away? Btw the clown had used a piece of favia before the brain and had stressed it out pretty bad. I don't want this brain to end up the same way.

Tear down your whole tank, catch the goby and set up a nano for it. Is it a yellow clown goby? We have a green clown goby that I noticed sitting right in a hairy mushroom of some kind.

My clownfish pair loves their frogspawn and ignores anything else. Then again, they used to host Locline connector for three years, ignoring the large frogspawn. They only noticed the frogspawn when I moved it beneath the Lockline. Now they are inseparable.

I just round up all offenders and toss them into my settling tank ;)

Seriously, I don't know the solution but I would like to so I am tagging along.
