It looks like a stone with red on the top, it wasn't there when I set up my tank 10 days ago. I did use live sand and rock, all my parameters are looking good.

Looks like a sponge to me.
Does it move at all?

I've not seen it move, but it came from somewhere as it wasn't there last night! Is a sponge a good thing?

Sponge isn't going to hurt anything that I know of. It is a filter feeder.

Mine has stayed on the same rock, but I do not know if they move other than current.

Sponges get bigger. And they don't like strong lighting.
They come in different colors.
In my tank I have yellow, purple, green, white, blues and pink.
My angels sometimes go after it but never destroy them.

Sorry, more questions. Is this an aiptasia in the first picture? The second picture is a wired tentacle that waves about a bit then vanishes back into the rocks.

nope just looks like a reg feather duster , all good ..the middle one hard to see good with pic
