It hitchhiked on some live rock from Florida. It started as a small speck now its the size of a dime. It hasnt moved from this spot.

It looks a lot like something I got that was identified as a Mojano anemone. Bad guys, even though they're pretty. If you can, remove the rock and kill it in a separate container. I'll leave it to others to discuss how to kill it.

So from the sound of things it isn't propagating you may be safe to carefully remove it if it's unwanted just be sure to get 100% and wear gloves don't know if it will sting you. Those little tentacles could be nasty on you and or your livestock. For a better I'd is there a color reference you could provide. Does it appear to feed nocturnaly or during the day? Have you, since it's appearance noticed any parameter changes of any kind. Does it produce a slime or residue of any type. Is it apparently aggressive toward any other species fish or otherwise? What exactly is its growth rate?

Cup coral.

Color wise it is pink at the outermost. Not tips but a ring. Then follows blue/green. And the center is a darker brown. Its growth rate is super slow. Hasnt moved from its spot on the rock. Doesnt seem to be bothering anything else in our tank. It tends to feed more at night. Opens up at night. No slime or residue.
