I mix 5 gallons of ESV saltwater per week to 35 ppm for AWCs. I use a GHL Maxi Doser to change 675 ml, 4 times a day. I would like to add 1 ml of Loudwolf 41% Waterglass to the 5 gallons.

Will I have any issues? For example:
1. Will the Waterglass precipitate in the reservoir or dosing line?
2. Will the silicate change chemically?
3. Will the sun and LED lights shining on the dosing lines cause a problem?
4. Anything else?

Thanks in advance!

It's the cloudiness that concerned me. SpongExcel and Waterglass both do it. The mixing pump dissipates the cloudiness. Thanks Randy!

Sounds good. Happy Reefing!

This worked out well. I'm using a Hanna HI705 to dial in the Silica dosing. I am getting Diatoms, like I wanted, to fight Dinos. Thanks again, Randy.

Follow-up question. Same system (see first post). Do you see any issues with adding Two Little Fishies Iron Concentrate through my AWC?

By itself? The only concern is possible air oxidation when diluted, converting it to ferric iron which may be less soluble. I would not try to combine it with silicate.
