Any ideas? Good bad? Do I leave them or scrape them off, they’ve been multiplying quite fast

From what I can see, it looks like you have some tiny star fish. We had some before and they were not invasive.
The photo is bad but the are like a white circle with tiny thin tentacles all around them, could be!

I had only like 1 I’d say a week ago or so, now I can’t count, probably like 30 all over the glass sides

The pics are somewhat blurry, but I think they are hydroids

The picture is a little unclear, do the look like this? Small white starfish? If so, they are a pest called asternia that usually hitch a ride of a piece of coral or live rock. They do multiply extremely fast and can be a burden to a reef tank. There are different species of fish and invertebrates that will devour them. You can go the chemical route which will kill them all if you have a predator or fish-only tank.

They are more of a perfect circle (or close) then tiny transparent tentacles around them

They look like this. If they do look like this, they will eventually go away as the tank matures.

I honestly don’t know what eats them. However, they are common in new tanks and you just need to be patient for them to go away :)
