I think it is a priapulid worm.

I have them too except the one in the sand by the corals pic (last pic) they just come out at night and stretch out their hole and eat ditriuos and stuff ,they don't hurt nothing or explode in population I have 2 of them and they haven't multiply or hurt anything just worms , donno bout that last on though hes abit different
