So are there any light hanging bars that I can attach my light to without having to drill up into my roof to hang lights?

I'm in the same boat... Of the few l've come across l reckon the Orphek ( adjusts for height and reach ) and the Giesemann ( additional brackets can be bought to increase height, height and limited reach can be adjusted on stock brackets ) are the best of the bunch.
