Any local seahorse breeders?

Hey guys, I have been thinking of getting some seahorses again. I used to keep them a few years ago. Here is a thread about my dwarf tank. Dwarf seahorse tank - Reef Central Online Community I thought I had a thread on the erectus I had but I can't find it. I am thinking of getting erectus again and maybe even some dwarfs.

Anyway, does anyone know of any local seahorse breeders? I found one on seahorsebreeders.com in Nashville and sent him an email a while ago. If I have to I will just order some but I would rather avoid shipping and be able to see what I am getting. I want captive bred because wild caught ones are usually pretty sickly and won't eat frozen food. The dwarfs could be wild though because they seem to do okay most of the time.

Sam Morris, go to Emerald Bay East and speak to JR about it, all of their seahorses are from a local breeder.

Ah, Sam is the guy I sent the email to. I have only been to Emerald Bay a couple of times since they moved way on the other side of Nashville.

Do you know if Emerald Bay has any right now and what kind?

Emerald Bay has a new second location in east Nashville it's very close to Titans stadium. I will get the address and contact info and post it later.

Not sure where they came from or what kind that were but the critter had some last weekend as well.

I think they are erectus, they're black if it helps any, I spoke to him and he said he's also got dwarfs.

Thanks guys, Sean is checking on what he can get. I actually went the the new East location yesterday morning and got a few fish.
I pretty sure the ones at the critter are wild cought. CB ones are so much hardier.
