Any long term success with Endlers?

Really want to play around with transitioning some freshwater fish to saltwater in one of my nanos, but honestly I think mollies are pretty boring…

I’ve heard Endlers can survive in saltwater since they are from brackish waters too, has anyone had long term success trying to acclimate them to a reef at 35ppt?

Endlers (Poecilia wingei) align very closely with guppies (Poecilia reticulata) so I would follow the protocol of transitioning guppies.

No, I keep them in freshwater.

I've heard that it takes weeks to transition them, otherwise they die shortly thereafter, but haven't heard of any lasting beyond a few months

yeah that's the question, I've heard of them getting through the transition but I can't find anything about people who have had them in a tank for any substantial period of time
