What is this guy hes swims around and filter feeds theres tons of them ?

Yes, I agree if you have a microscope then it's wonderful to see all the life in a drop of waterYou think he got in there from the lr ?

What kind of micro scope are you using ?
$$$$$$I have a a Brightfield Olympus BX50 compound light microscope, using an Olympus DP70 digital camera for images.
The specimen was mounted and coverslipped then viewed under a 100x oil immersion objective lens!

Anything in particular?using dye

Indeed!
If I had 10k dollars for one I would get it but my wife would divorce me lol
Have you viewed using dye?
I have the 2500X amscope (wish I had a better camera optic for it though)Actually you dont need 10K to buy a compound microscope....look at this link
http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=s9_hfnv...06-96bf-4490-888d-16cace3f2838&pf_rd_i=499170
But there are other sites which sell the same models bit cheaper.
Bacteria is something I have not stained, but the protocols look simple enough.Bacteria is something I have a hard time dying for use under oil immersion to define contrast.
I do active research for living and basically imaging or microscopy....this is how a E.coli looks under electron microscope...I have the 2500X amscope (wish I had a better camera optic for it though)
Thank you!Bacteria is something I have not stained, but the protocols look simple enough.
