Its awful quiet in here lately. Anybody got anything new? Either just got it, or getting it in the next week. As usual pics are a plus.

I just finished my 125 gallon FOWLR tank. I can't figure out how to post pics from my phone though.

I got a Randalls Goby and Tiger Pistol Shrimp. Plus we've shored up the big tank and I think we're putting Jaws in there (the jawfish).

I'm working on building back the number of fish in my tank, after losing a bunch due to power outage. I have recently bought:
Blue Eye Tang
Leutennant Tang
Hippo Tang
Cleaner Wrasse

I still want to get a copperband butterfly, and maybe 1 or 2 more hippos. I may get one of the yellow belly variety.

Just got my new 20L frag tank up and going (cycling, really) with a small chunk of live rock to condition the waters. I plan to take a few pics and post them soon. In other news I am no longer spending half my time in New Orleans and I might actually be able to show up to a meeting or two this year.

My company has the contract for the biggest floodwall ever built to protect the part of the city that flooded from Katrina. Rather than replace the failed levees, the USACE decided to put a concrete barrier across the waterways/canals that can handle a 26 foot surge. You can see it from the Google satellite images (see pic below) on the east side of town. The construction is about done. I was down there often to help out with the electrical power and controls for the gates. Pretty impressive project.

Just picked up a Conner banded butterfly, lime laker zoas, keds reds, apollos, yellow rhinos, and fruit loops. Also just set up 40 breeder, ordered DIY light fixture, got rock and tank is a cycling!!!! I would post pics but tapatalk is being a *****
