They are raising wholesale/retail prices of their lineup, including G4 Pros, effective 2/1 next year. So I don’t think a G5 is in the works.

WOW, they plan to raise their prices on old products??? They are already among the highest on the market! That's a shame! The Gen4 lights are old news now, came out in what late 2016? They should be lowering their prices not raising them.....

Yep, raising price on Radions AND Vortechs. Blaming it on “import taxes”.

I think Ecotech says all products are assembled in USA. Of course, the components are made in China lol.

their support has been good for me and thankfully i think im set with my vortechs, and radions for now. but sucks that prices will go up still. the used market will go up too :\

Since there doesn't seem to be a Gen 5 coming anytime soon, I'll probably just buy some Gen 4... might look for a good set used first though... Lighten the cost a bit.

It came out in 2016 so it’s had a long run now. Hope they can come up with a better way to prevent the disco effect than the diffuser. I’m sure they are already working on something. That’s what I hated most from my radions. That and trying to calibrate all of them the same.

I don’t think it’s an indicator, because they also discounted the wholesale price. So vendors are ordering as well

dont forget they raised the price earlier this year. Lots of good competition too.

They also discounted the xr30 about 6 months ago so I don’t think this is an indicator.
