Any one having issues connecting to fusion?

Was setting here and got an alert that fusion disconnected. I can connect to it through my network but won’t connect through fusion at all. Any suggestions .

Hello, if your apex is on wifi try and reboot the router and reconnect. If that still does not fix your problem, try and do a reset with your apex.

Lol! No problem. It’s directly connected to a switch so not on WiFi.

I’ve tried resetting multiple time.

Anyone know how to reset the Token without erasing everything???
