So I have a new tank now coral yet 3 fish live rock and some inverts

any point or reason to be dosing 2 part yet water changes seem to be going ok everything test ok

No reason to dose if parameters are being held in check with water changes at this point.

It honestly depends on the type of coral and how much. If you load up with smaller sps frags the drop will be minimal until they grow to a certain size and then it accelerates quickly. You'll just have to test as you go to make sure

I agree. Fast growing SPS corals or coralline algae deplete calcium and alkalinity rapidly, but soft corals will not, and LPS corals are in between, so it all depends on what you keep, how much is there, and how fast it is growing. :)
