Any positive IDs on this flatworm?

i found this guy in my DT moving along the glass. I put him in my refractometer as i didnt want to kill him. He's been in there for a few days and has now layed eggs in there. Are there any positive IDs on what type of flatworm it is or if it is bad?

I'm not the ID type but I would personally take steps to eliminate them if there is more. I'm currently battling aefw so everything looks like an aefw now lol.
