I'm pulling my fish from my 375g and placing into a 70g hospital tank I plan to treat with Copper Power. I have a spare skimmer, can I use to help with filtration? I'm also going to use a power filter as well. I have about 25 fish that I will have to treat so I'm concerned having them in the 70g for over 30 days.

I wouldn’t use a skimmer on a tank that has any kind of meds in it.
The skimmer can pull out some medications and if you use it on a tank with copper then you can never use it on a reef tank again.

This,

The skimate that your skimmer pulls out will also pull out your meds. A hang on back filter with filter floss, bottle of bio spira, and a powerhead for surface agitation is all you need.

You wouldn't want to use a protein skimmer to skim in that situation.
But you can have a skimmer running with a very low water level, without producing skimmate.
This will help maintain both a better dissolved oxygen level and higher pH.
