Any problems you can see with nano tank?

I've had this 8 gallon aqueon tank for almost a year now and some corals are doing great while others such as gsp haven't grown a bit. Is there anything that's obvious that I'm doing wrong?

Looks pretty good to me. Looks like you could add some more coral. Nutrients look low. Maybe another fish. Keep an eye on the caulerpa, can get a little out of hand but gives your reef a good accent.
