Any recommendations on algae mitt

I currently use (my second one) this algae mitt:

I’m not a fan of it because I end up seeing fragments of the mitt in the tank later or stuck on my coral. Anyone have a mitt they recommend?

It’s nice for film algae but a lot of work if you have heavy build up

I use either a tunze long or a flipper. For under the sand at the glass where it gets thick, or esp. hard algae I have a razor scrapper from amazon. I tried the mr clean (pure sponge) and same thing--just can't get but the surface film. At least it has a telescoping handle though so you can see from outside what you are doing
