Any recommended Amazon Coarse sponge?

I need to replace mine but looking for some coarse sponge like the one that designated for Red Sea tanks. I got a replacement for $35 and didn’t last long ended up falling apart so not going to order another.

Also I had ordered a piece of sponge from amazon before but it’s too dense.

If anyone has any recommendations, please share.

16.5L and 1.5” thick….. doesn’t really matter if it’s size I can cut it but just need to coarse type like the one that came with the Red Sea tank.
