Where are you located? I would say a local frag swap would be your best bet. I'm am sure there are lots of people willing to sell softie frags for under $20 here, but shipping will cost more then the coral itself. Depending on your location someone may be able to recommend a frag swap that is within driving distance to you

Yes indeed. If you have an LFS nearby that sells saltwater, see if they have a frag tank. One of the ones near me has a $5 frag tank and if you buy 5 you get the 6th free. It's usually a lot of zoas, but I picked up an adorable tiny toadstool a few weeks ago
