Woke up this morning and everything seemed fine, except my poor elegance is closed up on the one side. I'm worried because it's out of the ordinary.

After looking a little closer it looks like the two yellowtail damsels are breading?? Could it just be unfertilized eggs? What should I do? Like I want to keep the coral happy, and it would be super cool to grow out some baby fish if I could keep them alive. I'm not super new to the hobby but I've never done anything like this before. Any advice or suggestions would be welcome. Thanks for your time this morning!

Yep it looks like eggs attached to your elegance.. properly need to brush them off because the fish will aggravate your coral until they hatch. Very little to no chance of them surviving in that tank anyway.

I had to really look for the eggs but I see them now!! Elegance is probably irritated bc of that damsel giving you the stank eye for looking at his(her?) babies. Remove the eggs and hope they pick another place next time.

I removed them and the elegance opened right back up. I tried to catch 'em in a breeder box I bought to acclimate fish with. We'll see what happens I'm not all that confident anything will hatch.
