I’m breaking down my 6 year old NanoCube that is teeming with pods and mysid shrimp. I plan to sump most of the rock in my other systems but I was wondering if there’s a way to easily save some of the pods and such that are in the tank besides what’s on the rocks?
I have Dragonettes in my other systems who would love to munch on them and I don’t think you can ever have too many. I’m giving the tank to a friend this week so I don’t have a ton of time to collect them. Any thoughts are welcome!
thanks in advance!

Most of them will go with the rocks. No real way to collect the others other than a really fine felt filter sock.
Yeah, that’s kind of what I was assuming. I honestly also just feel bad possibly killing anything! I’m just going to hope most of them go with the rocks though!
