We currently have multiple nems in our 140 gal and sometimes they get lost, run over or beat up by other tank mates. Well i just found one that is in the very back of the tank (not sure i can get to it yet) that's going into the box to bring it back to good health. I have another one I'm nursing back to health as well. So the question is: if there are no tentacles left, how should i feed it? Currently feeding mysis to the other through a baby baster and this works as he has some little tentacles growing back. Thanks for your suggestions!

I would put in the acclimation / specimens box and just put a pellet of fish food in the mouth. I would shove it in but be gentle to not damage the mouth with your tweezers.

Or just leave it to eat off the light and wait for it’s tentacles to grow again. It’s probably never had that much light before being up at the top.

if you notice slime building up around the anemone then you need to direct more water flow into the container.

Don't try to feed it until you see fully grown tentacles (not ones sprouting, but fully developed). As @chizerbunoi mentioned, the anemone doesn't need to eat at all, and will get all of its nutrition from the light it receives.
