Hey all, my nano tank is almost 2 months old now and my diatom stage ended about 2 weeks ago and as suspected, the next stage has begun! Currently I have green film algae and a couple spots of brown film algae (maybe diatoms? Not very big spots so not very concerned about it) and while doing my weekly water change I noticed some red specs which I'm assuming is cyano. I'm excited to see my tank mature and am wondering if anyone has any tips for the upcoming battle?
I have a small CUC consisting of 2 astrea, 2 cerith, and 1 trochus.
My phosphates are at 0 and nitrates are steady around 15-20 (ammonia and nitrites are 0)
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
