Any WB 4820 Peninsula owners here?

Looking to get one of these as an upgrade for my Nuvo 40 and use it as a room divider.

there isn’t much out there on this tank. A few unfinished build threads. Barely anything on YouTube.

mainly wondering what challenges there are with the sump and cabinet space.

i was hoping to run a fleece roller instead of the socks. I’ll most likely have to remove the sock baffle in the sump.

In the cabinet, is there plenty of room for things like controllers, dosing containers, etc? Is there a pass through from the small side of the cabinet to the sump side to run cords through? The photos online barely show anything.

You should have enough space for most of your electronic gear in the space adjacent to the right of the sump. I'd look at a panel from Adaptive Reef (or similar) to help organize things and maximize utilization of space. I believe there's a hole or partition where you can run cables (etc.) through.

A fleece roller will be a bit of a challenge just based on how the sump is setup (as is the case with most Waterbox sumps). You may want to expand your YouTube search to other Waterbox tanks to see how others modified theirs to work.

Thanks for this! I figured if I got a fleece roller that was plumbed in, I could just do away with the whole filter sock baffle setup altogether since any water entering the sump has no choice but to pass through the roller before exiting to go to the skimmer chamber
