Does anybody out there have a Liopropoma aurora (commonly called Aurora or Sunrise or Sunset Basslet) in their tank? Just curious as I can't find much information about them.

Thanks!

They're very rare in the hobby. Not only are they deepwater fish, they don't swim in the open, I assume, making them hard to find. If you locate one it won't be cheap...

Thanks for the info, bigian... anybody else out there got anything on this beautiful fish???

He was tough to get a picture of.

He is super shy and only comes out when I toss in some frozen food. He is eating, though, so he will hopefully adjust over time.
