Anybody know what this copper colored looking stuff is?

Can someone help me identify this? At first i thought it was cyano, so I treated for cyano, but had no change. Its covering the rocks and sand, but seems to not have any effect on my corals

Either Diatoms or Dinoflagellates

Its not new, but i did just do a large water change with a new 7 stage RODI system
