Looks like a chiton

Yup ... looks like a Stomatella to me too. They reproduce rather quickly i find. You will notice them mosty at night

It is next to impossible to differentiate between a chiton or stomatella from that angle, need a pic of its back. Chiton looks like a snail with a almost flat shell that resembles a fingernail but has a point, stomatella looks like a slug and barely has a shell at all. Chitons move slow, stomatellas move very fast. Chitons stay fairly small, stomatella gets big. Stomatellas are nocturnal, chitons at biurnal. Good news is, both chitons and stomatellas are good...I have a bunch of both and they reproduce steadily in fishtanks.

It does move fast and it does look like a slug more than anything
