Anybody know what this is?

Just saw this on my live rock. It goes in and out like a feather duster although I have not seen it go all the way in.

Is it constantly going in and out or just when it's disturbed? Can you get a better picture?

It stays out mostly. Just jerks back about halfway when something startles it. I haven't tried poking it.

The tank was cloudy so I couldn't get a better picture. But I will soon.
