Anybody knows what this is?

So, this thing looks like a balloon with fluid inside. It grew on this little piece of rock and so far appears to be the only one of this kind in the tank. Lots of white sponge and little tube worms popping out in different places. Tank is about 6 months old.

I would have mis ID'd that as a tunicate nice call.
