Can't see your picture, but I am wondering if you asking about the "tubes" that are just part of the GSP structure, or something else?

This appears to be “branching” GSP to me.

Those tubes start out white then turn the same color as the base structure.

They will grow out and get the green polyps as well.

Is this a relatively fresh cut frag?

My first frag about 6 months a go it has grown pretty quick i put the plug on a small rock and the rock is covered

Ok! Great. Once they grow out you can cut branches off with scissors, rubber band it to a piece of rubble and sell frags very easily.
