I have been using a Jebao dosing pump for 2 years. It has worked perfectly for me. I have been considering setting up an Auto Water Change system. The pump says it can pump 9999ml a day. I am only going to be pumping 4000ml a day. I tested the pump. It takes about a hour to pump that. I currently am dosing 150ml a day. So I will be pumping 20 times more a day. I am trying to figure out if that will be to much for these pumps.

I think it would be to much for the tubing provided, but the heads are pretty cheap to replace so could be a cheap experiment

That's what I was wondering. Even if I replaced the heads every year it would not be that bad. I wonder also if the motors will hold up.

I think the motors would be fine, I'd think the heads would go quarterly. They're plastic and not really meant for large volume.

The pump I use has metal rollers and I run 2g a day (for 5 days a week) no problem. The tubing wears out much faster, I change every 3 months because I have about 10 feet of head pressure and a 20 foot horizontal run.

Maybe run a fan on the doser to cool the motors down
