Anybody's BRS 50 mL/min doser losing suction?

Mine has about a 10 ft head height from garage to ATO reservoir and is constantly losing its suction / pumping ability. I have tried multiple connection types. BRS is willing to take it back but I wanted to see if anybody had the same issue and has a fix. Thank you.

Losing suction would be due to worn tubing (in the head, replaceable). Or a defective roller.

Ok the unit is only a couple months old so I think it’s likely a roller problem thanks.

10 feet sounds Like a lot of head height for that pump.

If you run it a lot the tubing may be worn or distorted to the point the rollers no longer are pinching it closer. Take the hose out of the pump head and see if it is still uniform in shape or stretched and flattened. As a quick fix rotate the hose 90 degrees or even putting it in the other way around on a round section of tubing. Either may solve the for a while.
