Peanut Worm?

I'm going to continue to search but my advise since we don't know what they are I would remove them.
When in doubt take them out. They're not some form of stometella possibly are they? They look to big to be flat worms.

They were in the bag of black worms that I've been feeding my tank

Blackworms are freshwater creatures, so these guys would be too. Not really certain what they are, but a small leech seems a possibility.

I don't remember their name but it is another type of worm that grows in the same cold water as they culture the blackworms in. They are tough and fish usually don't like the texture. I know this from experience and being told to just pick them out when I see them.
