so, my yasha goby is now a Dawn/dusk fish. He will come out during the day to eat but for the most part he’s behind the rocks in his den. Does anyone else’s yasha do this? Also mine knows how to make his own burrows in the sand without a shrimp, I assumed he learnt this from watching a YHJ burrowing and housing with him (Hence why I’d want to try get another Yellow Head Jawfish). Here’s a photo I got from this evening (Just after moonlight came on - Dusk)

They are scaredy fish, mine hides when I move to fast in front of the tank
Yeah, mine has been with me for 2 years and he has always been secretive. Although only recently has he become a Dawn/dusk fish which was strange to me, but I mean Atleast I have a reason to watch the tank at dawn/dusk instead of the night (I did this when I had my Pom Pom crab).
