Anyone else having issues with a negative balance on BRS rewards points?

Sorry to hear that you're having this issue too. Shoot an email to our customer service team and we'll get it corrected right away. Going forward, this shouldn't be an issue as we have a fix in place. Rewards points balances shouldn't ever be negative.

Whatever the fix was from 2 years ago, it didn't work as I regularly have negative reward points.

I submit a ticket to customer support every time and they adjust the points but ignore the fact it hasn’t been actually fixed yet.

I guess the true fix will be for me to stop placing orders with BRS and order elsewhere.
