Anyone Else Having Issues with Order from Saltwaterfish.com Recently?

This is my 2nd and soon to be last order with Saltwaterfish.com. My recent order was placed Monday, December 09, 2019. It was processed Tuesday, December 10, 2019 for next day delivery Wednesday, December 11, 2019. Guess what just arrived today Friday, December 13,2019 at 3:56 PM. A smelly package of over 50, dead, ice cold snails. Even though the instructions were asked to please ship with water in the bags and additional heat packs and to be held at the local FedEx facility for pick up. Unbelievable. And guess what for the last two days I call and they don’t answer the phone. Ridiculous!!!

Do NOT order anything from saltwaterfish.com. I ordered some cleaner shrimps from them and they all arrived doa. Gave me some store credit back and I had placed an order for a small blonde naso tang. I requested in the note section to get a healthy naso (wishful thinking). They sent me one of...
