Anyone else seeing longer than normal delay in receiving tests

I mailed my last test on Sept 4th and have yet to get confirmation they've received it. I mailed to the new address?

I just mailed mine in yesterday. If you don't post that you've gotten the email saying they've received it by the time I get my email, I'll post here letting you know that they received mine. That is if I can remember. Last time I sent mine in I think I got my email in a week.

Mine was super fast, mailed from TX on Friday the 7th, received in Germany on the 13th. Hoping I get results tomorrow.

I mailed mine on Monday still haven’t gotten the email they got it. Usually doesn’t take more than a couple days. I’ve lost all faith with triton but feel stuck as have way to much money to risk switching. About had enough of their bs every time I need a service from them. I’m in Sacramento and they’re like 8 hours from me. No way should my tests not be there by now

I think USPS is more of the failure than Triton, unless you send it to them another way.

Same here...sent mine late Aug and got delivery confirmation. Still nothing from them.

yeah, mine was 2 weeks, but got the results next day after they received it. I'm glad it was just a routine test for me and not trying to trouble shoot an issue.

USPS priority sent Tuesday Sept 18th to the new address.
Delivery confirmed Thursday Sept 20th in California.
Received email from Germany Monday Sept 24th.
Received results Wednesday Sept 26th.

Seems to be similar timeline to other test over the last year.

I received my test results back in under 2 weeks.

Definitely took longer. I think mine took 18 days to finally get results, maybe more

It took about 10 days from mailing to a test result. Not bad at all.

dont trust USPS tracking. I've had packages on numerous occasions that were shown as "delivered" and not received by me for another 2-3 days.

I sent it to the new address. it was already on the new return label in the kit .

My latest kit arrive in Germany this Monday, I got the confirmation email. But 5 days later still no results. What is going on?

Sent in my sample BEFORE I went to MACNA (Sept 7-9) and have not even gotten a confirm yet. Totally believe it's lost in the mail.
