I acclimate for temperature (meaning I float the bag) but then I dump them in.

I don't put anyone else's water into my tank though. I dump the fish into a net or pick them up and put them into the tank.

Mollies are good algae eaters when acclimated to saltwater.

They lay a lot of babies and being in the sump they will end up in the tank. I might have to give this a try haha

Exactly. It will cut down on feeding some. Mollies are brackish. So are guppies apparently. I may try a guppy just to freak my mother out. She used to breed them.
