There is no shipping ban on real rocks. Use whatever you want. I just think the name is misleading and I've seen people complain about crumbling.Tons of rock is man made these days with the shipping ban going on.
Yes, really. That is only for live rock from Fiji. There are like a half dozen sources of live rock from Florida. There are also many sources of real dry rock that is not man-made, as well as aquacultured live rock (dry rock that has been added to a system so it can grow bacteria and coralline). All of that can be shipped, at least domestically.
