Anyone ever heard of this light?

I think we need some details on this light before we can help you

Edit: Now i see the posted pic. My bad. Looks like the acrylic will slide out so you can change the bulbs (blue+ work great for just about everything).

It is an AquaMedic from a while back. Good light. You probably cannot beat it for $40.

Are there not screws on the end to where you can remove the end cap and then slide the acrylic splash guard out?

Yeah I just figured it out it was stuck this light is probably like 10 years old lol
