Anyone ever seen or tried floating or hovering corals?

I was doomscrolling through random YouTube videos and stumbled upon this showcase in a reef show where they had taken some hollow glass bulbs, put a coral on it, and floated it in the tank!

Anyone ever seen this or better yet tried it? I could imagine some GSP covering one would look stunning, specially if you could get creative with hiding the fishing line with something else or more naturally.

Neat-seems like they would get pushed into each other by current though so would need to be compatible corals long term?
