Anyone ever seen this before? Zoas pooping?

Just noticed that one of the Zoa Colonies in my tank had what looks like sweeper tentacles coming out of their mouths. Tried to Google what it was. Saw a post on another forum but little to know answers giving clarity. Do Zoa’s Poop ??? I know they don’t have sweepers, so figured I rely on the local experts from R2R to shine some light on the situation.

Many corals have a single opening so their intake and outflow is the same. Crazy stuff!
