Anyone ever seen this before..

Added all my fish after qt to my dt and my hippo tang was bullying everyone the first day woke up and now he is sleeping with the wrasse touching lol is this normal behavior? Do they like wrasses. Here’s afew photos before yesterday he was bullying the clowns hard but now just hiding it is 9 am though.
