Anyone ever use this GE LED grow light?

Looking to set up my fuge with Chaeto and I found this grow light bulb, it apparently does red spectrum without looking red? Anyone have any insight if this would work?

Yes! I believe @FishOfHex uses similar but even more basic bulbs for growing chaeto and they seem to perform admirably (he runs 4x on a 40g breeder I believe)
