Anyone familiar with..

Long story short, I purchased a Prusa MK3S from a buddy who is going through tough times and need help trying to figure this thing out. Anyone have experience with these models? I cannot seem to caliberate it correctly or know how to. I did not get the USB to update firmware as well. Any helpful tricks or guide?

Sorry, I have an anycubic. I find a lot of info on YouTube.
