Anyone Feeding their Rics or Yumas

Hey just wondering if anyone is target feeding their Rics or Yumas.

I just started collecting some and noticed when I feed mysids to my fish some of the food gets captured by the Rics. I don't get to watch them eat as my clowns or the shrimp will steal it away.

If your are feeding please post what your feeding.

Do they grow faster if fed? I got Steve's spoiled rics and I haven't fed them in weeks

In my experience yes.....

I handfeed everything....probably 3 times a week, including palys, LPS, etc

Same here! I feed a combo of Rod's Food, mysis & frozen bloodworms.

I go in twice a week and target feed things, not always do RICS take the feedings. Though my acans love it

So those that are feeding...

Would you say it increases the growth rate or not really noticeable?

I might have to move mine to the frag tank, clowns won't let the mysis stay long enough for the Rics to eat.

Don't really see a large increase in growth, but they do look healthier and more plump.....Which over time I think would help them grow and split....
